The web-based application «DecisionAdvisor» supports project managers and procurement offices with planning, conducting and evaluating public tenders. The licencing with the Federal Administration is valid until the 31st December 2019. Licences and enhanced services must be requested directly from the service provider. Counseling services are offered by different companies, which partly dispose of an own licence, or use a customer's licence.
eGov platform «DecisionAdvisor» for processing public tenders
The multi-client capable system allows organisations to reduce the available functionality or to add new processes, functions and forms. For WTO tenders, the criteria or questions from the public tender platform must be published in the tender documentation as an Excel extract on the official publications platform http://www.simap.ch/.
